Starting June 1, 2025, Microsoft is rolling out three-year subscription terms for core Microsoft 365 offerings through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
As a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Southeast Europe, interworks.cloud is here to guide our partner network through these impactful updates — enabling better pricing predictability, stronger customer retention, and access to exclusive promotions designed for long-term growth.
Starting June 1, 2025, Microsoft will introduce three-year subscription terms for the following CSP products:

The available billing plans for these new three-year offers will be:
Important note: the 5% increase announced on April 1, 2025 will not be applied to these new three-year SKUs, due to the fact that the increase applies only to annual term with monthly billing plan options.
Microsoft also announced that there will be a 100-seat minimum requirement for purchase of any of the new three-year term subscriptions for E3, E5, and Microsoft Teams Enterprise. This requirement will be enforced at the individual SKU subscription level, not at the product or tenant level (find more details on these minimum requirement in the FAQ file, page 3).
Furthermore, to help with this new launch, Microsoft will be launching two promotions offering 10% discount for new-to-E3 and/or new-to-E5 end customers on the new CSP three-year subscription terms.
The Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 promotion will be available from June 9, 2025 to December 31, 2025, while the promotion for Microsoft 365 E5 Security and Microsoft 365 E5 Compliance mini suites will be available from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 👉 Check all the new Microsoft 365 SKUs
