Athens, February 25, 2026  interworks.cloud (“Interworks”) announces that Climb Global Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLMB), a value-added global IT channel company providing unique sales and distribution solutions for innovative technology vendors, has completed the acquisition of the company, marking a strategic milestone that strengthens the combined organization’s presence and capabilities in cloud and software distribution across Europe.

This development has been a long-term objective, shaped through sustained effort, and represents an important step both for the Interworks team and for its partner ecosystem. Joining Climb strengthens Interworks’ European footprint, resources, and operational capabilities, enabling the team to further demonstrate its strengths and accelerate initiatives for the benefit of its partners.
