In the context of the ongoing evolution of the market and the strategic initiatives shaping the future of SaaS solutions, we would like to inform you of an important organizational development concerning Dropsuite. In June 2025, Dropsuite became part of the NinjaOne ecosystem, forming a stronger and more integrated organization aimed at accelerating innovation, expanding the solutions portfolio, and ensuring long-term stability and reliability for you and your end customers.

On that note, we would like to share an update on the next steps in this transition, so you and your end customers are fully informed and prepared.

In order Dropsuite to better align their backup offerings with the broader NinjaOne platform, the Dropsuite brand will begin transitioning to NinjaOne SaaS Backup. As part of this update, Dropsuite’s home page (Home) website will direct visitors to NinjaOne’s new page (NinjaOne).

This change affects website navigation only. Access to the product, billing, and support processes remains unchanged.
