Microsoft WPC 2016, an interworks.cloud recap

If you had to describe this year’s Microsoft WPC with one word what would it be? Innovation. Partnership. Digitization. Opportunity. At interworks.cloud we chose: Growth!

One more Microsoft WPC has been completed, partners from around the world flooded Toronto and you can bet that it was worth it. Admittedly Microsoft never ceases to amaze its partners and the whole world in general with unique demonstrations -like Hololens-, and partnerships like the one with Ecolab. Satya Nadella, Microsoft’s CEO, gave yet one more unforgettable keynote speech and set the tone of not only this year’s WPC but the new fiscal year in general “The judge of success in this business is based on how we help our partners get successful“, and yes we couldn’t help but to think of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program when these words were heard.

Just like last year interworks.cloud participated and this year also had the chance to demonstrate its solution to Microsoft partners. On Tuesday , July 12, during session MPN17e at the MPN theater Vassilis Zografos, CEO and Kristin Kallan, COO, US Operations showcased the most important benefits and competitive advantages that the interworks.cloud platform offers to both direct and indirect Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers.

There was more for interworks.cloud though, on the last day of the Microsoft WPC Vassilis Zografos, CEO was a panelist at session SMBD03 on the topic “Exponentially grow the profitability of your channel through rapid and repeatable managed services“. Ann Choi, Director of Worldwide SMB Cloud Partner Strategy at Microsoft and presenter of the session, invited on stage successful Microsoft CSPs from around the world and discussed with them the benefits of being a CSP.
